If you send me pictures (eg jpg's), keep the total file size under 4mb as I have a terrible internet connection and it takes ages to download anything! Try to keep the pics small by using a resolution no larger than 100 dpi - if its a picture of a figure, it probably doesn't need to be ten times actual size! If I need a better or bigger picture, I'll ask!
TRADERS: Please note I am a sole trader and aside form a few hours help each week from my part-timer, I am doing everything myself, including sculpting, moulding, casting and packing, advertising, website duties and answering emails . This often means I forget to answer emails that need a more complicated response than 'Yes' or 'No'. This includes trade questions. If you are a trader running a bricks and mortar store, then yes, I can supply you with most of the range in clamshell blisters, but this costs me more to produce, and takes 5 times longer to put together. Also the bigger stuff has no packaging available, ie the Netherlord, Azaroth, the tunnel dweller, resin Thrud, etc, etc. If you don't mind stuff being in labelled baggies, then the full range is available with the exception of tools and putty. Prices are charged at a discount off the full retail price. You may not order any of the special deals from the Heresy site, these are intended to offset the rising cost of metal for my direct customers. An unfortunate condition of the current state of the industry!

I am now on Twitter. I rather like it. It's a great way of doing micro-updates that don't really deserve a big newsletter hit or Forum announcement. And you can stalk celebrities! I know most Wargamers are ldduites when it comes to technology but the times they are a chagning and Twitter is the new hotness in keeping people informed.
