If you send me pictures (eg jpg's), keep the total file size under 4mb as I have a terrible internet connection and it takes ages to download anything! Try to keep the pics small by using a resolution no larger than 100 dpi - if its a picture of a figure, it probably doesn't need to be ten times actual size! If I need a better or bigger picture, I'll ask!
TRADERS: Please note I am a sole trader and aside form a few hours help each week from my part-timer, I am doing everything myself, including sculpting, moulding, casting and packing, advertising, website duties and answering emails . This often means I forget to answer emails that need a more complicated response than 'Yes' or 'No'. This includes trade questions. If you are a trader running a bricks and mortar store, then yes, I can supply you with most of the range in clamshell blisters, but this costs me more to produce, and takes 5 times longer to put together. Also the bigger stuff has no packaging available, ie the Netherlord, Azaroth, the tunnel dweller, resin Thrud, etc, etc. If you don't mind stuff being in labelled baggies, then the full range is available with the exception of tools and putty. Prices are charged at a discount off the full retail price. You may not order any of the special deals from the Heresy site, these are intended to offset the rising cost of metal for my direct customers. An unfortunate condition of the current state of the industry!

If you are phoning from a different country, please take into account that I work on UK time. I got woken up at 3.35am the other night by an American, I think. Needless to say, I hung up. I only answered it to get the phone to stop ringing by my bed. The answerphone should have kicked in, but didn't.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to large amounts of unsolicited sales calls and scam attempts, I have now disabled 'anonymous' phonecalls on this number. unfortunately, this means anyone with a non-BT line is also prevented from dialling the number. International numbers should be OK, unless you are indeed calling from some telesales place, in which case may you burn in hell. Genuine customers - if you need to get in touch with me desperately, please email me with your telephone number and I will ring you as soon as I read it . Or try using your mobile phone if you have a non-bt landline. I will ring you back on the number of your choice. You can also send a text to my telephone number, and it gets translated into an audio message that is sent to me. (It used to be voiced by Tom Baker, which was always funny)
Email is my preferred communication method anyway, as I am often out and about and forget to turn my mobile phone on (I get calls diverted to it when I'm not on holiday). In this global market, it is much easier for you to email me and me to email you, thus overcoming the fact that you might be awake when I'm in bed, and vice versa. Also, my Northumbrian accent is a source of much confusion for my customers when they meet me face-to-face at shows...especially non-UK people!
I rarely get telephone calls from genuine customers anyway, so I apologise if you are one of the few people affected.
