Please include an email address and telephone number when you order. No details of any kind are given out to anyone else. They are protected by the Data Protection Act and I hate those marketing companies as much as you do. I DO NOT pass on ANY information to other companies, it is all kept strictly confidential. If you have cookies enabled , the shopping cart can remember your details, apparently, if you check the box to make it do it....no other info about your internet travels is collected, just your name, address, etc...Please provide the telephone number and postcode for the cardholder/delivery address in order to combat credit card fraud, so that addresses can be confirmed or you can be contacted if the card transaction is not authorised.
If you do not provide a working email address you will get no receipt and I will get no notification of your order, nor will I have any way to contact you if you don't give a phone number either. it sometimes happens that the computers screw up somewhere so if you do not receive a notification, or receipt via email, or if your order does not turn up within 2-3 weeks (overseas, 1 week within UK) then please email me at once to make sure I have received the original order!! If you do not get a reply from me within 48 hours about it, please ring as it may be that your email was deleted autmoatically for some reason by an anti-virus program (it's happened to me with other companies)...

Card details are collected on the shopping cart site via a secure 128 bit SSL server. All transactions are authorised via, and will be processed later by, Secpay's secure 128 bit encrypted payment services. In other words, you should feel safe in the knowledge that the ordering bits are very secure indeed. No one gets to see your card number at any point!

THIS MAY SEEM OBVIOUS TO MOST OF YOU, BUT....
I get a lot of emails asking how much the figures are to buy in euros or dollars online. People seem not to realise that they don't need to do anything special to be able to pay in pounds using a credit card!
When you purchase goods online, the various bank computers involved automatically determine how much of your local currency will be debited from your account using the latest exchange rates that day!
Just use your credit or debit card, let the banks work out the rest. If, however, you would simply like to know how much your order is in your local currency, use a good online convertor, like this one! (at the bottom of that page)
I aim to despatch all orders within 24 hrs, except on weekends and public holidays, when the post office is shut! Please allow 28 days from payment for delivery, although it should be a lot quicker than this (especially for UK residents). If you live overseas and would like your parcel delivered by special courier (usually within three to four days) please contact me via orders@heresyminiatures.com or on the above telephone number and we can arrange your payment etc separately. Postage will be charged at whatever the hideously expensive cost of this turns out to be...
